We were the jewelers who made the Rugby League trophy, and we were the first named Rolex watch store in the UK in 1919. as four in Northern Ireland, selling jewelery and diamonds, including exclusive Jenny Packham brands. We also operate the largest distribution network for Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer and many other well-known watch brands. Goldsmiths Servicing & Repairs has more watchmakers than any other High Street retailer in the UK, and watchmakers are available at several of our stores. Our online transactional website is considered one of the industry leaders and we pride ourselves on managing and administering 9 monobutics on behalf of Omega, Breitling and Tag Heuer. We use a supervised delivery service and, in most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery. Why because we know that your order is important to you. When you receive a delivery letter, you know that your order is in transit. We will not deliver your neighbor if he is not, and we will not leave him next to your door. To keep your order secure, we will only ship to your delivery address. Please note that for jewelry orders worth around £ 150, a signature may not be required. For your convenience, our courier service will send your order through your inbox, if size allows. Shipping estimates shown below and on product pages exclude weekends. Please note that we ship products from our distribution center 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
Refunds can be requested within 14 days from the dispatch date and exchanged within 30 days from the dispatch date. If you decide to exchange an item outside of the 14-day return policy, no refund will be offered for the exchanged item if the product is defective. Please note that orders paid with PayPal, interest-free credit, or purchased through in-store devices (kiosk or tablet) can only be returned after receipt at our headquarters. Our showrooms will gladly accept your products and arrange safe and free shipping to our central office for processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the protected packaging is opened. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your legal rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalized or altered. Our promise to replace the product or refund your money does not apply to failures or damages caused by accident, mishandling or misuse. Please note that refunds for purchases made through third party bids, such as insurance cards, may not be possible on the same day. If so, our showrooms or customer services will advise you and report on progress. Except for defective or incorrectly delivered products, if your legal rights are not affected, custom products made to customer specifications cannot be returned. If your product is a specially ordered large product, we do not stock this product and will ship an order directly to you from the supplier. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of receipt of your product (s), we will return it to the delivery address associated with the order.
