You can return unused shoes purchased at regular or sale prices within 30 days from the date you receive them. You can return unused goods purchased at the normal price or for sale within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be accompanied by a purchase receipt or order confirmation. For all FINAL CLEARANCE merchandise please note: All merchandise purchased online and in-store can only be returned with an electronic gift certificate. Final permits must be sent to our distribution center. Credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card purchase account. Cash and check purchases over $ 100 cannot be returned for cash until 10 days after purchase; The check will be issued and mailed from our corporate office within 15business days of receipt of the FootSmart product.

You can initiate the return process over the Internet using our return method below, or, at your option, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Include your invoice or order confirmation in the package and indicate the reason for the return. We are not responsible for the return of lost / damaged items in transit. Insure the package for the full cost of the merchandise if you decide to ship it on your own.
