We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can return the products within 7 days of the delivery date. The returned product can be transferred to the store credit or exchanged for another product with the same value. Anyhow the following case will not acceptable. Contact lenses and products not closed or used with open packaging (all products must be in their original condition and packaging). The damaged or faulty product if you received , send us photo. email@example.com. Then we will send the products for replacement immediately after receiving the returned products. If difficulties arise during the return of the products, we will be happy to arrange a meeting with our delivery partner for you.
