About Lord & Taylor


Lord & Taylor is the superfluity branch store in the United States and the oldest section store in the country. Based in New York, it has been a subsidiary of Le Tote since November 2019. As of January 2012, there were 46 stores. At the end of August 2019, 38 stores operated; The flagship store in Manhattan and elsewhere closed in 2019. Hudson’s Bay announced a deal to sell Lord & Taylor Le Tote On August 28, 2019, , a deal that closed in November 2019. Under this plan, five of the 38 stores were to be closed. A logo with a signature appears in most Lord & Taylor stores and returns to the site. In 1824, the Lord of Samuel established a haberdashery business in New York and opened an original store, which in 1826 would become Lord and Taylor in Katherine. The store had stockings, non-slip clothing and cashmere shawls. His wife’s cousin, George Washington Taylor, joined him in 1834, and the store was called Lord & Taylor. Taylor, the Lord’s son-in-law, replaced George Taylor in 1845.

Return policy


If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. There is often a processing time before a refund is sent. We do not accept any request for exchange and return after the sale of “specials”.  The last items sold are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Shoes can only be returned / exchanged if defective / damaged or wrong item. You must send us an image showing a problem / defect when submitting a return / exchange request. If the product don’t get the wishing criteria will not be returned. After receiving confirmation from our support team, please send the product along with a product list containing the product identifier. A tracking number is required for the return package; We will deal with the exchange or refund of the product after receiving your return package.
